Lesson Lab: Arts & Tech Swap & Share

*ARTS & TECHNOLOGY: A LESSON PLAN SWAP & SHARE*
In the modern classroom, tech and 21st-century learning skills are more than just trends. On Thursday, Feb 1st, come swap and share your favorite tech-based arts lesson plans while you connect, collaborate, and learn with peers. First, discipline-specific breakout groups will learn stop-motion animation using iPads, creating digital music online, and film and TV analysis. After this, attendees will exchange lessons and ideas with their peers. The Lab concludes with a presentation on using the Google Suite (Classroom, Forms, etc) in your classroom. *Please bring a favorite tech-based lesson that you would like to share!*

To RSVP fill out this brief form: HERE

What is a Lesson Lab?

A Lesson Lab is an informal gathering of CPS teachers in an arts discipline—theatre, dance, music, visual art, or media arts—who want to share lesson plans and teaching ideas. Hosted by teachers at their schools, these lively, grassroots gatherings are a great place to meet other arts teachers, share your best practices, problem-solve with peers around challenges in your classroom, and maybe do some creating of your own!
